When your central station calls the Capital Patrol 24-hour control center, a Capital Patrol officer will be dispatched to your facility immediately.

If forced entry is evident, the Sheriff's Office will be notified. If an onsite employee accidentally triggers the alarm, the officer will verify the employee's identity and follow your specific security procedures and instructions.
